Whether you want to explore deserted beaches or the most coveted ones, go for walks or bike rides, spend evenings by the pool or in the emblematic beach clubs, play golf or tennis, dine in the restaurants of Tróia Marina, or visit the shops and cafes of the villages of Comporta and Carvalhal, everything is just minutes away, allowing our guests to enjoy a stay as relaxing or vibrant as they wish.
It features all the amenities for a comfortable and relaxing stay, including a washing machine, fireplace, iron, internet access (wifi), hairdryer, and air conditioning to ensure your comfort in any season.
Additionally, guests can enjoy a balcony to admire the view, as well as a communal pool for outdoor leisure moments. Covered parking in the same building provides additional convenience for visitors arriving by car.
The independent kitchen is modern and fully equipped with induction appliances, including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, as well as crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle for added convenience during the stay.
Travel options include driving via the A2 through Alcácer do Sal - Comporta - Tróia, taking the A2 to Setúbal and then the ferry, using public transportation along the same routes, or walking through the catamaran from Setúbal.
We are incredibly flexible, and our interaction with guests will be tailored to their wishes or requests. Whether you prefer minimal contact for check-in/check-out or daily interactions, we are here to accommodate. We offer various additional services such as cleaning, transfers, babysitting, chef services, and organizing sightseeing tours, among others.
Any intermediate cleaning required or requested for stays between 8 and 28 days will have the same cost as the advertised final cleaning. For stays longer than 28 days, the law does not require any intermediate cleaning, but a monthly cleaning using our service providers will be mandatory and will have the same cost as the advertised final cleaning. Stays equal to or longer than 28 days, expenses for water, electricity, and gas are not included and will be charged to guests.
